Crystal City Farmers' Market Opens May 23

Finally, it's Market Time! The Crystal City Farmers' Market will open for our third season on Wednesday, May 23 and will run from 4-7 PM through Oct. 10 (closed on July 4). We plan to be OPEN RAIN OR SHINE! If it's raining, we will set up in Fellowship Hall (church basement). Come join us this Wednesday to greet our returning vendors as well as a number of new vendors. You'll find a great selection of produce, baked good, beef, eggs, honey, soaps, dog treats, artisan crafts, and more! Carole Goggin will be back this year with some of her friends who will entertain us with their acoustical talents. Throughout the season, we'll accept your used shoes for our Shoeman Water Project. The market will also be selling tee-shirts, aprons, and tote bags. New yard signs are coming next week, too. If you'd like a yard sign to post in your yard, let us know. See you Wednesday at the market--(bring your doggie, too)

Crystal City Farmers' Market Vendor Meeting March 28 6:30 PM

My grandmother used to plant her lettuce and some other crops on Washington's Birthday which is coming up next week. So--can spring be far behind?

It's time to think about gearing up for the third season of the Crystal City Farmers' Market! We will hold an informational meeting on Wednesday, March 28 at 6:30 PM in Fellowship Hall at Grace Presbyterian Church, 105 Bailey Road, Crystal City, MO 63019.

If you or a friend are a new or returning vendor, this meeting is for YOU! We will answer questions about the market, and Dean Wilson and Steve Sikes will be on hand for assistance as well.
